Ingredients:

Fish Fillet, Batter (Flour, Salt, Water), Seasoning (Spices, Pepper, Salt, Sugar)



Cooking Instructions:

Do not defrost. Add in the frozen fish while the oil is still cold. Deep fry till the fish turn golden brown.

Baked for 10-12 minutes

 

Deep Fry:
Deep fry at 160⁰C for 6-8 minutes
